Safety Operation Regulations for Screen Printing and Plate Drying Machine
1、 The equipment must be operated by a dedicated person, and cleaning work must be done before printing. Use a sponge to wipe off the dust on the front and back of the glass, use an air gun to blow off the dust on the air cushion rubber blanket, and set the printing and exposure time before printing.
2、 Please use 3m non shedding adhesive paper when printing to avoid some adhesive residue on the PS plate and the glass of the printing machine. To save energy and time, please share several copies at the same time. Please check for any debris when pressing, and only tighten it after confirmation. Pull up the anti radiation cloth to prevent UV rays from injuring people.
3、 The pre washed plate material must be placed with the bottom facing downwards and not exposed to light.
4、 Regularly check if the lighting, fan, and exhaust are functioning properly.
5、 Film, sulfuric acid paper, etc. should be stored immediately after application and recorded.
6、 Strengthen self skill and literacy learning, implement common progress, and constantly innovate. If any abnormalities are found during machine use, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
7、 Every day, it is necessary to wipe the surface dirt of the equipment, use an air gun to remove dust from all parts of the machine, clean the work site and surrounding areas, and keep the equipment and site clean. 8、 Items must be neatly arranged and a responsibility system must be implemented.

Common faults and solutions of screen printing and typesetting machines.When the screen printing and typesetting machine is pumping air during normal pumping time, the operator finds that there is residual gas between the base plate and the glass plate, which either gathers or disperses and swims there, and the pumping machine cannot exhaust it completely. In this case, the operator can use the tapping method, which means that the force used should be moderate enough to not break the glass plate. While the plate drying machine is drawing air, the operator can aim at the concentrated area of air and tap the upper surface of the glass plate, trying to disperse the residual air as much as possible and prevent it from gathering together. It is to follow the diffused air closely behind the glass plate and try to spread them outwards as much as possible. With the help of the air pump, the air can be quickly expelled from the film range, which can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Never run in front of the spreading air to hit the glass, as it will cause the newly scattered air to gather again. If hitting in the normal order still fails to achieve the goal, it can prolong the pumping time and achieve satisfactory results. Moreover, most of the current plate making machines are program-controlled. In general, performing secondary air extraction will not affect the entire plate making process, allowing operators sufficient time to strike. The main reason for this similar situation is that the film area is relatively large, and the operator did not check whether the film is tightly attached to the front of the PS board when placing the film. Sometimes the negatives are spliced onto a substrate, which can create certain gaps between them. This situation can also cause the phenomenon described above, and the processing method is similar to that described above.
When the operator finds that the elasticity of the air cushion rubber blanket on the plate drying machine is insufficient, the method of adding padding paper can be used to solve the problem. The padding paper used is generally 80g double adhesive paper. When adding padding paper, it should be noted that the padding paper used is a whole sheet, not a spliced one; The cushion paper should be placed directly below the PS board and not diagonally attached to the air cushion rubber blanket. When working, you should slowly try to add paper one by one according to the actual situation, and not suddenly add too many sheets (based on my experience, it is usually 6 sheets), which will damage the typesetting machine, and sometimes even crush the glass plate due to excessive padding. Gradually increasing the amount of padding paper can provide a process of adaptation for the glass panel, which is also beneficial for operators to master and less likely to damage the glass panel. As the cushion paper gradually increases, it can indirectly increase the elasticity of the air cushion rubber blanket, enabling it to achieve the required force for making printing plates, and also allowing operators to accumulate certain work experience for future use. Similar situations have occurred, with the main issue being in the printing machine:
① Due to long-term use, the air cushion rubber blanket has lost the elasticity required for normal operation. The first emergency measure is to add cushioning paper to compensate for its elasticity, and then replace the air cushion rubber blanket later;
② There is a problem with the exhaust fan, causing insufficient exhaust and preventing the air cushion rubber blanket from working properly. The solution is to first add cushioning paper to replace the insufficient exhaust, and then repair or replace the exhaust fan. Food dryer, corn dryer, drying oven equipment, grinding machine
When the operator places the film, if he is careful, sometimes he may find that the front contact between the film and the PS plate is not tight enough, and the phenomenon it shows is that the film is uneven on the surface of the PS plate. If the glass frame is closed and air extraction is started at this point, the phenomenon of incomplete air extraction as described in the tapping method will occur. The method to solve similar problems is to first position the front gauge of the film, fix it with transparent tape, then use one hand to press the fixed film position, and gently apply force with the other hand to carefully lay the flat bottomed film in sequence, so that the film and PS plate are tightly attached. Then close the glass frame and press it tightly, and start pumping. Similar situations occur mainly due to the large area of the film or human factors such as the operator rolling up the film during the transfer process, which may damage the film. The preventive measure is to place the film flat in a bag before transfer, so that it does not bend, and the film will not affect the quality of the printing plate during the plate making process.
