6、 Features and performance:
1. Body
The body is welded from steel plates and is the main load-bearing mechanism of the machine, connected to the base (fuel tank) below. There is a workbench below it, which is machined with T-shaped grooves for easy installation of fixtures. There are holes machined on the upper part of the machine body, perpendicular to the workbench surface, for installing oil cylinders.
2. Oil cylinder
The cylinder body of the oil cylinder is fastened to the hole on the body of the machine by the cylinder shoulder and the large locking nut. The lower end of the piston rod is connected to the upper pressure block with a connecting flange and bolt. The upper pressure block is machined with a T-shaped groove for easy installation of fixtures or molds. The piston rod is equipped with a piston at one end inside the oil cylinder, which is made of cast iron and serves as a guide. The piston head is equipped with sealing rings in opposite directions, with O-ring seals inside, dividing the cylinder into two oil chambers. The cylinder mouth is also equipped with sealing rings, which are locked with flanges and bolts to ensure the sealing of the lower chamber. Dust seals are also installed on the flange.
3. Electrical box
The electrical box is installed on the left side of the body and is equipped with a door lock. When off work or not in use, turn off the power and lock the electrical box.
4. Hydraulic station (power system)
The hydraulic pump station consists of an oil tank, a gear pump, an electric motor, an integrated system, an oil filter device, etc. The oil tank is welded with steel plates, and the front oil gauge is used to observe the oil level. The refueling height should be above the oil gauge, and if it is below the oil gauge, refueling should be done.
5. Overview of Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system consists of energy conversion devices (pumps and cylinders), energy regulation devices (various valves), and energy transmission devices (oil tanks, pipelines), etc. Under the control of electrical control and manual directional valves, the piston rod is driven to complete various process actions.
