working principle:

Steam enters the shell side of the heating chamber, and the liquid level in the tube rises after being heated. It is sprayed into the evaporation chamber through the nozzle for vapor-liquid separation. The liquid material returns to the lower part of the heating chamber through the circulation tube for reheating, and is heated and sprayed into the evaporation chamber to form a cycle. The liquid is concentrated to a certain degree, and after being sampled and confirmed to be qualified, it is discharged from the discharge port. The secondary steam evaporated from the evaporation chamber is eliminated by the demister, and then passes through the vapor liquid separator. Part of the liquid returns to the evaporation chamber. The rest of the secondary steam is cooled into liquid by the condenser and cooler, and then enters the liquid collecting tank. Finally, the non condensable gas is pumped out by the vacuum pump.
