The HY-3151/3051/1151LT single flange pressure level transmitter calculates the current height of the liquid based on the principle of pressure sensing, by measuring the pressure changes of the liquid density gauge. A liquid level transmitter is a field transmitter that is directly installed on a pipeline or container. Due to the direct contact between the isolation membrane and the liquid medium, there is no need to use a pressure tube to lead out the positive pressure side. Therefore, it can measure the liquid level, pressure, and density of media such as high temperature, high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy precipitation, and strong corrosion, and then convert them into 4-20mA.DC signal output.

Simple structure: Without any movable or elastic components, it has extremely high reliability and minimal maintenance.

Easy installation: The built-in structure particularly demonstrates this feature, without the need for any specialized tools.

Easy adjustment: The zero position and range potentiometers can be used to freely shift the zero position or change the range within the effective range of liquid level detection, and the two adjustments do not affect each other.
