(1) This controller is mainly used for single-phase AC, point (convex) program and current control, and can complete secondary pressure control. Each cycle can complete pre pressing, pressurization, preheating, interval, current increasing, interval 2, welding (including forging), interval 3, current decreasing, interval 4, slow cooling, interval 5, tempering, maintenance, and rest. The welding program can also complete multi pulse welding, and other programs for users to choose from. Simultaneously equipped with multiple pulse modes (using different programs for different welding machines).

(2) It has secondary constant current control function, high constant current accuracy, and fast response time. The current and cycle number of preheating, welding, slow cooling, tempering and other programs can be selected and displayed for users to adjust and select according to specifications.

(3) This machine has a relatively complete safety protection circuit, with over temperature protection devices for the main transformer and thyristor, and automatic shutdown function for over temperature.

(4) It can store 5 sets of welding programs for users to choose from. The panel has software functions that can render the panel adjustment function ineffective and prevent the program from being modified.

(5) It has self diagnostic function and fault display, which can self diagnose some common faults and classify them for display, making it easy for users to handle and maintain faults.
