HBC-200Sludge sampler（Bottom Dredges）

A brief introduction

HBC-200A type of sludge sampler is a manual sampling tool used to collect sludge from rivers and chemical wastewater tanks. It is mainly used in environmental protection, health and epidemic prevention, tap water, chemical and other units. Used for collecting sludge in areas where it is difficult to manually collect sludge, such as deep or distant areas.

Two main components

HBC－200The Type 1 sludge sampler is a manual and grab type equipment produced by our company for collecting sludge from rivers.

It mainly consists of two parts: the sampling grab and the pulling rope.

The sampling grab bucket is made of high-quality alloy materials and consists of a grab bucket and a mechanical transmission actuator, all of which are manufactured in a telescopic type.

Product Features
1. The product is made of high-quality steel and has a hardened surface, providing strong corrosion resistance.
2. The surface of the product is smooth and shiny.

Three usage methods

（1）When working in the field, first fasten the sampling grab and pull rope.

（2）Open the sampling bucket and place a rod into a hook while opening it, so that the sampling bucket will not be tightly closed.

（3）Slowly place the sampling grab into the river by pulling the rope. When the sludge sampler reaches the bottom of the river, the rope, support rod, and hook will automatically release under the action of the spring.

（4）Pull the sampling grab forcefully, and the sampling grab will automatically close. At the same time, the riverbed sludge will be collected into the sampling grab.
