RHT03-20 is obtained by repackaging the SHT20 sensor in China. Due to some customers not having the production conditions for reflow soldering and not being proficient in manual soldering operations, the local temperature of the sensor is too high and damaged during the soldering process. We have developed RHT03-20 to meet the needs of our customers. Easy to use and good interchangeability.

Introduction to SHT20 Chip for Temperature and Humidity Sensor

SHT20 is equipped with 4C generation CMOSens ® Chip. In addition to being equipped with capacitive relative humidity sensors and bandgap temperature sensors, the chip also includes an amplifier, A/D converter, OTP memory, and digital processing unit.

Material composition

The sensor itself is made of silicon, and the sensor housing is made of gold-plated copper lead frame and green epoxy resin based molding compound. This device does not contain lead, cadmium, or mercury - therefore, it fully complies with ROHS and WEEE standards.
