Small laboratory wastewater treatment equipmentUPFS-I-100L adopts different treatment technologies and processes for comprehensive treatment of inorganic and biological wastewater components and concentrations generated by different laboratories. After treatment, the laboratory wastewater can meet the national comprehensive sewage discharge standard GB8978-1996. The treated wastewater can be directly discharged into the municipal sewage network, or it can be reused through relevant treatment processes.

Functional Features
1. System process: Using SMBR-E chemical oxidant for oxidation, neutralization reaction, light wave catalysis, biochemical reaction, biological activated carbon adsorption, SMBR-W microelectrolysis and other technologies to treat organic and inorganic pollutants in wastewater.
2. Pre treatment system: The system is equipped with a stainless steel filtration device to ensure that there are no solid particles larger than 0.5mm in the incoming water; Ensure the safe and stable operation of the pressurized equipment. The filtering device is quick opening, which is convenient for maintenance.
3. Good stability: using multiple combination processes, the filter effect of the packing is good, and the retention rate is high; Fast response speed, strong impact energy resistance of the system, stable and reliable operation.
4. Environmentally friendly: using online pH analyzer and metering dosing pump to accurately control the dosage, without excess, residue, or secondary pollution.
5. Data monitoring: Using an online water quality monitoring system, one or more indicators can be selected for online monitoring. For example: temperature, pressure, flow rate, conductivity PH、ORP、 Dissolved oxygen, turbidity, suspended solids parameters, and alarm function. (Optional)
6. High degree of automation: The control system adopts LabPLC control system to issue instructions to various components in the wastewater treatment system, and control the real-time monitoring and control of various processes such as water inlet, monitoring, dosing, flow rate, and drainage;
7. Good integration: Small footprint, can be placed indoors or outdoors according to different needs; Easy to operate and stable in operation. Low maintenance costs and long service life;
8. Good adaptability: The equipment is made of corrosion-resistant materials and can be used for a long time in environments containing various corrosive substances such as acidic and alkaline.

1. Regular inspections should be conducted during equipment operation to promptly address any abnormal conditions.
2. The equipment should regularly replace the filter material and biological activated carbon to ensure the treatment effect.
3. After the equipment vent is opened, the pH sensor electrode needs to be removed, cleaned, and stored in a buffer solution with a normal lifespan of 1 year.
4. Due to quality issues within one year, our company is responsible for the product warranty of the laboratory wastewater treatment machine.
5. Damage caused by user disassembly or improper use is not covered by the warranty.
6. After the one-year quality warranty period of the small-scale laboratory wastewater treatment equipment ends, the seller is responsible for providing good maintenance services for the buyer's equipment.
