1、 Process of papermaking wastewater treatment equipment

(1) Regulating tank: The function of a regulating tank is to homogenize and evenly distribute water, and it can also consider functions such as sedimentation, mixing, dosing, neutralization, and pre acidification. It regulates the water quantity and quality, adjusts the pH value and water temperature of sewage, has a pre aeration effect, agitates and oxygenates the water in the tank, prevents suspended impurities from settling, and can also be used for accident drainage.

(2) Contact oxidation tank: After regulating the tank, the effluent flows automatically to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact oxidation time can reach 6 hours, and the filling material is semi soft filling material (i.e. using hard plastic as a support and soft fibers attached to it). It can prevent the fibers from forming spherical shapes after biofilm growth, reduce the specific surface area of the filling material, and make it easy to form a film without blockage.

(3) Sedimentation tank: Biochemical wastewater flows into the sedimentation tank, which is a sloping plate sedimentation tank. The inclined plate sedimentation tank utilizes the principle of opposite flow to achieve fast separation speed, stable water flow, and good separation effect of sludge and water. Compared with other forms of sedimentation tanks such as horizontal flow, its sludge and water separation speed and surface hydraulic load are twice as high. The sludge is discharged by air lifting to the sludge tank.

(4) Disinfection pool and disinfection device: The disinfection pool uses mature ozone technology for disinfection, and the contact time of the disinfection pool is greater than 12 minutes.

(5) Sludge tank: The sludge in the sedimentation tank is pumped into the sludge tank by a sludge pump. The clear liquid from the sludge tank flows back to the contact oxidation tank for further treatment. There is very little residual sludge, usually cleaned once every 1-2 years. The cleaning method can be to use a suction truck to extend from the inspection hole of the sludge tank into the bottom of the sludge and carry out suction and transportation.
