1、 Overview
The BH4250 soil moving content testing box is a comprehensive instrument box recently developed by our factory for detecting the active soil (clay) content determined by the methylene blue determination (MBT) method. The total cation exchange capacity (CEC) of the solid phase in drilling fluid can be estimated using methylene blue capacity. The methylene blue capacity and cation exchange capacity do not necessarily have to be equal, usually the former is slightly smaller than the actual cation exchange capacity.
The instrument box is easy to use, simple to operate, and has complete performance. What is more outstanding is that the instrument box is convenient and flexible to carry. The glassware used in the experiment will not be damaged when placed inside. Opening the instrument box and installing the titration rack in the box will form a titration workbench, which can be used for heating titration experiments anytime and anywhere.
