Our company has developed a testing system for the IV characteristics of solar cells, based on our AAA level solar simulator and in collaboration with the American Jishili 2400 and 2600 series source meters. Suitable for research, testing, and evaluation in various fields such as optoelectronic materials, optoelectronic devices, and solar cells. The testing system is equipped with multiple testing fixtures and platforms, which can measure various sizes and structures of silicon-based cells, dye-sensitized cells, perovskite cells, and other types of battery cells for research and testing.

Main testing functions

  1. Measurement functions of curves and basic parameters under illumination conditions: complete I-V curve, complete P-V curve measurement function, short-circuit current (Isc), open circuit current (Voc), maximum power point voltage (Vm), maximum power point current (Im), maximum power value (Pmax), conversion efficiency (η), fill factor (FF), current density (Jsc), series resistance (Rs), parallel resistance (Rsh);
  2. Dark current measurement function: I-V curve measurement under dark conditions, parallel resistance (Rsh);
  3. Real time display function for standard battery light intensity calibration;
  4. Multiple measurement function: The time interval between each measurement can be adjusted, and the I-V curve can be measured multiple times under light and dark conditions, and the curve can be overlaid and displayed. The basic parameters of solar cells are statistically analyzed, and the data is automatically sorted and saved;
  5. Repetitive measurement: data is automatically saved, and basic parameters of solar cells are analyzed and calculated for standard deviation, mean, and deviation rate;
  6. Measurement function of series resistance (Rs) under three light intensity;
  7. Temperature coefficient measurement function: automatically saves data and calculates α (℃/A), β (℃/V), and γ (℃/W);
  8. Reverse scanning I-V measurement function under light and dark conditions; At the same time, it can achieve multiple reverse scans, display curves overlaid, automatically save data, and calculate basic parameters of solar cells.
  9. Automatically complete forward and reverse I-V bidirectional scanning function under light and dark conditions, and display curve overlay, automatically save data, and calculate basic parameters of solar cells.
