Supelco solid-phase microextraction extraction head from the United States, PDMS/DVB 65 μ m SPME fiber head, partially cross-linked, blue flat head, for measuring volatile substances, amines, and nitroaromatic compounds, with chromatographic item number 57310-U;
※Polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB) solid-phase microextraction head
SPME fiber assembly Polydimethylsiloxane/Divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB)
df 65μm(partially crosslinked phase, needle size 24 ga, for use with manual holder(Supelco);
※PDMS/DVB 65 μ m SPME extraction head solid phase microextraction fiber head is a 1cm long fiber head covered with a stainless steel thin tube, coated with PDMS/DVB double-layer chromatographic stationary phase or adsorbent of fused silica. The SPME extraction head can freely stretch in the stainless steel tube for extracting and adsorbing samples;
※ Extraction head selection principle:
The selection of SPME extraction head is similar to choosing capillary column or liquid-phase column, mainly based on the molecular weight (volatility) and polarity of the analyzed substance. Thin film 100 μ m extraction heads are commonly used for small molecules or volatile substances, while 7 μ m extraction heads are used for larger molecules or semi volatile substances. Non polar stationary phases are selected for non-polar substances, and polar stationary phases are selected for polar substances. When considering the polarity and volatility of the analyte, there are also polar or non-polar extraction heads available at 85 μ m, 65 μ m, 75 μ m, and 30 μ m,.
