II​structure：

This device consists of three parts: a cylindrical graduated funnel, a sand core filter, and a specially designed clamp. Suitable for filter membranes with a diameter of 47mm.

IIIUsage：

1.Place the filter membrane in the center of the sand core board;

2.Press the filter membrane with a cylindrical graduated funnel;

3.Specially designed clip to hold the upper and lower flange edges;

4.Wash oil and salt with organic solution and distilled water or filter other solutions, visually filter the speed with a hand pump or vacuum pump.

5usematters needing attention:

1. It is not suitable for filtering hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated phosphoric acid, hot or cold concentrated alkaline solutions to avoid corrosion of silicate materials or damage to sand cores.

2. When using, both the upper and lower flange ports should be placed flat and secure before being clamped tightly with a special clip to prevent damage or leakage.

3. Filter membrane paper can be purchased or purchased by users according to different characteristics.
