For the drying process of traditional Chinese medicine, our company has optimized and improved some production equipment through years of production practice, and independently developed a specialized drying machine for traditional Chinese medicine formula granules. This device is a drying device that uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse materials into mist, and completes instant drying by fully contacting with hot air, forming powder or granular finished products.

(1) The air intake device is equipped with a sub high efficiency filter, which achieves a purification level of 100000 for the incoming air. Air filters, dehumidifiers, heaters, etc. are all made modularly for easy disassembly, maintenance, and upkeep. Fresh air undergoes dehumidification treatment;
(2) The tower wall is equipped with a cold air jacket device, which solves the problem of Chinese medicine paste sticking to the wall. At the same time, the wall temperature is low, which will not cause the material to undergo coking and deterioration;
(3) The atomizer is specifically designed for the characteristics of the paste, while increasing the distance between the atomizing disc and the top of the drying tower to avoid material suction;
(4) The device is equipped with an air sweeping device at the cone, which accelerates the flow of materials on the cone;
(5) Automatic control of the inlet air temperature ensures that the color, aroma, and taste of the material are not compromised;
(6) The material collection adopts a two-stage cyclone dust removal device;
(7) Adopting CIP cleaning system, the equipment is easy to clean and meets GMP requirements;
