The function of a silicon high-voltage rectifier is to boost and rectify the input controllable voltage, and deliver DC high voltage to the electric field. The dust collector body is a vertical honeycomb square pipe structure, with multiple parallel square pipes for dust collection and a corona wire at the center of the square pipes. When a negative high-voltage direct current voltage is applied between the anode plate (dust collector) and the cathode wire (corona wire) of the electrostatic precipitator body, an uneven high-voltage electric field is generated between the anode plate and the cathode wire. When the voltage is sufficient, corona discharge is generated near the cathode wire, forming a large number of electrons and positive and negative ions. When the dusty flue gas passes through the electric field, the dust adsorbs ions or electrons and becomes charged. The charged dust moves towards the opposite direction under the action of the electric field force, and the dust that reaches the anode plate (dust collector) deposits on it under the action of the electric field force and dust adhesion force, and releases its charge to the anode plate. When the dust on the collector plate reaches a thickness of __, By timed vibration of the anode plate or the self weight of dust accumulation, it automatically peels off and falls into the ash hopper, and is automatically discharged through the electric hydraulic lock valve. The above process is continuously carried out to achieve the purification of smoke and dust.
