Introduction

The driving device of JWZ mud scraper adopts single-stage worm gear reduction transmission, which can be driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer, speed regulating motor through sprocket chain, V-belt pulley or direct connection. This device is a low-speed output transmission device with high output torque, low noise, smooth operation, and no leakage. Mainly used as a supporting product for sludge discharge machinery in water treatment equipment. The reducer has manual lifting and dual-purpose lifting, and can be equipped with safety shear pins and spring type over torque automatic protection devices (JGZ4500) according to user requirements to ensure the safe operation of the entire equipment.
