Split type vortex flowmeterIt is a measuring instrument with high measurement accuracy, simple installation, low maintenance, and wide applications. Currently, it is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, urban construction, and energy. The sensor outputs a frequency signal, which is usually combined with a computer or flow integrator to form a flow measurement system. The transmitter output of the flowmeter is a 4-20mA standard signal proportional to the volumetric flow rate. It is usually combined with a computer to form a flow measurement system or other flow integrating instruments to form a vortex flowmeter
The sensor/transmitter of the split type vortex flowmeter is installed on the pipeline, and the flow integrator or computer is installed in the control room and provides power to the vortex flow sensor/transmitter. The two are connected by shielded cables. The circuit part is separated from the body. The circuit part is installed in a location with good environmental conditions and easy detection. It is connected to the body with a dedicated cable of ≤ 10m at the factory.
