Spray drying is a better way for fluidization technology to dry liquid materials. The basic operating principle of the spray dryer is that the air passes through the filter and heater, enters the air distributor at the top of the drying tower, and the hot air passing through the hot air distributor enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The material liquid is sent from the material liquid storage tank to the atomizer at the top of the drying tower through a filter, a pump or compressed air, so that the material liquid is sprayed into extremely small mist droplets. The material liquid comes into contact with the hot air in parallel flow, greatly increasing the contact surface area. The moisture evaporates sensitively and dries into products in a very short time. The product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, collected in bottles for recycling, and the exhaust gas is collected in fine powder through a filter bag and then discharged by a fan.

The dry air entering the tower through the gas furnace is clean air filtered by air. The primary filter is made of non-woven fabric to prevent flying insects from entering the tower. The medium efficiency filter material is made of non-woven bag type, with a filtration accuracy of ≤ 5 microns. The resistance of the initial air filtration is ≤ 15mmH2O, and it mainly filters general dust in the air to prevent product pollution. The heating process uses a gas furnace to indirectly heat filtered air to complete the heating process, satisfying the heat requirements of the entire system with satisfactory heat.
