Principle:

After being heated by the heater, the air enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying tower through the blower. After passing through the hot air distributor, the hot air uniformly enters the drying tower and moves in a spiral shape. At the same time, the feed pump sends the feed liquid to the centrifugal spray at the top of the drying tower, and the feed liquid is sprayed into tiny mist droplets. The surface area of the material liquid in contact with hot air is greatly increased, and the moisture evaporates rapidly, drying it into a dry product in a very short time. Dry products are separated from humid air by a cyclone separator, and the dry air is sent to a small cyclone separator for separation through the aggregate cyclone chamber at the bottom of the cyclone separator, and collected in a collection cylinder. The exhaust gas is discharged through a induced draft fan.
