Usage and maintenance:
1. For new or long-term unused electric liquid pumps, after opening the box, use a 500 volt megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between all live parts and any metal parts that may come into contact. When approaching the working temperature, the resistance should not be less than 7 megohms. 2. Before use, it is necessary to check whether each terminal is secure, and the grounding wire must be reliable and firm. 3. Check if the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage, and use it on a power supply that does not exceed or fall below 10% of the rated voltage. 4. When using this pump, do not damage the wires and avoid water and oil from entering the motor, switch, and electrical parts. 5. It is prohibited to work under conditions containing flammable and corrosive gases to ensure safe production and the normal operation of various electrical components. 6. If any abnormal noise is found during use, the machine should be stopped immediately, the cause should be checked, and only after trying to eliminate it can it be continued to be used. 7. This pump is not suitable for idle operation. Stop the pump immediately after suction is completed during use, as the motor of this pump can reach a no-load speed of about 10000 revolutions per minute, otherwise it will be worn out, the universal joint impeller, and in severe cases, the pump pipe may be damaged. 8. Replace the electric brush: When the electric brush is worn out and cannot be used, it should be replaced immediately, otherwise it will damage the commutator and seriously burn out the motor. 9. Electric liquid pumps should be inspected regularly, usually at least once every three months. For those that are frequently used, they should be inspected once a month. During maintenance, they should be completely disassembled to eliminate internal dust and oil stains. If there is too much carbon buildup on the commutator, the surface of the commutator can be cleaned with alcohol. If there are damaged parts, they should be replaced with the same parts. 10. This product can only be used with a rated value of ± 10% within the voltage range. 3. Avoid electrical grade and water/oil in places where electrical grade is installed. When installing this pump, do not damage the electrical grade and avoid contact between oil/water and electrical parts such as motor switches. 4. To prevent sudden start-up, the switch should be in the "off" (i.e. pressed in) state before the power is turned on. 5. Do not abuse the power cord, and do not arbitrarily extend or replace the power cord. Do not scratch, cut, or crush the power cord while pulling it. 6. The pump is of explosion-proof type, and special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof parts when replacing the electric brush or repairing them, so as not to damage or scratch them. When repairing or replacing the electric brush, the motor should be opened to clean the internal cavity of carbon powder, oil corrosion, etc. 7. To use it correctly, the power cord of this pump does not come with a plug at one end, and the user can choose the appropriate plug themselves. If insulation damage, cable sheath rupture, plug and socket cracking or poor contact, intermittent operation, severe sparks or other faults are found during use, repair should be carried out immediately when operating the motor casing. To prevent overload, in case of abnormal or reduced speed during use, the machine should be stopped immediately to check if there are any debris stuck in the impeller or if the motor has malfunctioned. 1. Regularly adding grease, the electric pump operates at high speed, and the lubricating grease is prone to volatilization. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the lubrication at the bearing clean and pay attention to replacement.
2. Regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out on electric liquid pumps. During maintenance, it is necessary to check the power cord, including internal connections, plugs, switches, insulation resistance, loose brush tailstock, good contact between commutator and brush, moderate open circuit in armature winding stage expansion stator winding, and damage to bearings and rotating parts. 3. Save each component and replace it with the same one. When disassembling and inspecting this pump, each component should be kept properly. Special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof component, including the insulation lining and sleeve, which should not be damaged. If there is damage, a new identical component must be replaced, and substitute materials with lower performance than the original material or parts that do not meet the original specifications should not be used. During assembly, all components should be installed in their original positions without omission. 4. Pay attention to insulation resistance. For electric pumps that have been unused for a long time or used in humid environments, the insulation resistance of the winding must be measured with a 500 volt megohmmeter before use. When the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor casing is less than 7 megohms, the winding must be dried. 5. Pay attention to storage, the electric liquid pump should be placed in a dry, clean, and non corrosive gas environment. |
