Stainless steel faucet bending laser welding machine

Laser welding machine is a stainless steel faucet welding equipment that adopts laser welding technology. The surface of the welded parts is smooth and beautiful. The stainless steel faucet laser welding machine uses high-energy continuous laser to weld objects. After the xenon lamp is pulsed and discharged by a laser power supply, a light wave with a certain frequency and pulse width is radiated into the Nd3+: YAG crystal through a focusing cavity. The crystal emits 1064nm pulsed laser after resonance, and then undergoes beam expansion, reflection, and aggregation for welding. The equipment is equipped with a PLC or industrial PC controlled CNC workstation, which performs high-precision welding on laser frequency, pulse width, workstation speed, and movement direction during welding.
