ZCRBseriesGas emergency shut-off valveIt is a new type of safety supporting device for gas pipeline engineering, mainly used in the following situations:
1. Connect with combustible gas leakage monitoring instruments. When the instrument detects a combustible gas leak, it automatically and quickly closes the main gas supply valve, cuts off the gas supply, and promptly prevents the occurrence of malignant accidents.
2. Connect to the maximum temperature (or pressure) safety controller of the thermal equipment. When the temperature or pressure at the detection point inside the device exceeds the set limit value, the gas supply valve will automatically and quickly close, stopping the supply of fuel.
3. Connect with the central fire alarm system of high-rise buildings. When a fire breaks out in the building, the gas supply inside the building is automatically cut off to prevent gas explosions.
4. Install BZCK gas emergency shut-off valves in the gas supply network of cities or factories, which can be centrally controlled in the central control room and remotely controlled to urgently shut down the pipeline gas supply at the accident site.
This series of products has excellent technical performance, low load loss, and high reliability. Suitable for combustible gases such as coal gas, natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas, widely used in gas supply network systems, gas thermal energy factory workshops, gas boiler rooms, and residential safety facilities.
IIValve function and working principle
This series of valves is a normally open pulse triggered solenoid valve with accident self-locking and manual reset functions.
1. The valve is in a normally open state during daily operation, and the solenoid valve coil is in a power-off state, without consuming electrical energy.
2. When an accident occurs, the valve coil is instantly energized, triggering the valve to quickly close and enter a self-locking state. At this point, even if the power is removed, the valve remains in a self-locking closed state and will not automatically reopen.
3. This valve adopts a pilot operated valve disc, which is easy to open, even if the pressure reachesIt is also very easy to open at 6bar, with a diameter larger than DN125, and a lever handle is used to achieve the goal of effortless and fast opening and closing of this valve.
4. After the staff have dealt with the accident, the valve will be manually reopened to restore gas supply.
According to customer requirements, normally closed emergency shut-off valves can also be provided for power-off closure.

4、 Manual reset operation process
When the valve is cut off and the pipeline leakage fault is eliminated, the staff needs to manually reset it by pulling up the manual reset rod with force and hearing a "click" sound, indicating that the valve is completely opened. At this point, even if you release your hand, it will not be cut off. (Unless the valve coil is energized again).
Note: Manual reset must be operated when the solenoid valve coil is powered off.
