When there is slight dust floating, it is blocked by the filter bag. The purified air passes through the filter bag, enters the upper box through the Venturi tube, and is discharged from the air outlet. The dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag continues to increase. When the resistance is within a limited range (usually 80-120 millimeters of water column), the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag needs to be removed. Dust removal is carried out by the control instrument regularly triggering each control valve in sequence, opening the pulse valve, so that the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed out through the blowing pipe hole (primary air) and induced by the Venturi tube to enter the filter bag several times the primary air (secondary air). The filter bag rapidly expands in an instant and is accompanied by the reverse action of the airflow. The shaken dust falls into the ash door and is discharged from the body through the ash discharge valve.
