Product Overview
This series of containers is suitable for concentration/dilution in the pharmaceutical industry. The tank body is equipped with a sandwich layer, which can be heated, cooled, and the inner surface is polished with electrolytic mirror finish. The head (conical) is spun and processed to comply with GMP standards. The mixing device adopts sanitary mechanical seals, and the container insulation is made of polyurethane or pearl cotton. The interface adopts international standard quick release clamp type for convenience and hygiene. The crossing edge is spun and processed, and the outer surface is polished, sandblasted, frosted or cold-rolled with original color matte finish in various forms, so that the container can display its excellent quality in any field. The equipment is equipped with air breathing holes, CIP cleaning spray lights, quick opening manholes for mirror flanges, and other devices.
According to different storage capacities ranging from 1000-15000L, for storage tanks with a capacity of over 20000, it is recommended to use outdoor storage tanks made of SUS304 stainless steel. According to the design requirements of the tank type, the following devices can be attached:
Blender, inlet and outlet, manhole, thermometer, liquid level indicator, high and low liquid level alarm holes, fly proof and dust-proof breathing holes, measuring device.
