Product Introduction:
This instrument adopts a comprehensive scattered light detection system, combined with a high-sensitivity ring photodetector to further improve the testing accuracy. The dispersion system that integrates ultrasonic stirring, ultrasonic dispersion, and built-in circulation completely solves the problem of large particles depositing in pipelines. The software unconstrained free fitting technique ensures the authenticity and accuracy of the test results. By adopting intelligent control technology, it is possible to achieve automatic alignment of the optical path and perform one click testing.

Scope of application:
E2000 is widely used in cement, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, lotion, coatings, dyes, pigments, fillers, chemical products, catalysts, drilling mud, abrasives, lubricants, coal dust, silt, dust, cells, bacteria, food, additives, pesticides, explosives, graphite, photosensitive materials, fuels, ink, metal and non-metallic powders, calcium carbonate, kaolin, coal water slurry and other powdery materials.

E2000 intelligent operation mode and fully automatic centering system The E2000 has an intelligent fully automatic operation mode, which enables one click testing. Simply add the sample according to the prompts, click "automatic testing", and all operation processes including water inlet, dispersion, circulation, testing, cleaning, data recording, data analysis, saving, and printing will be automatically completed. This not only reduces the workload of testing personnel, but also eliminates human interference errors, further improving the accuracy and authenticity of testing results.
The optical path automatic centering system is composed of a precision four item hybrid stepper motor, with micro motion accuracy reaching the micrometer level, ensuring that the instrument's optical path is always in the best state. While eliminating the trouble and difficulties caused by manual centering of the optical path, it also improves the accuracy and stability of the test results
