The steam type heat shrink packaging machine is a new type of heat shrink packaging machine, which is equipped with a built-in steam generator and can also be used in places with external steam pipelines. It is also equipped with a leakage protection switch, water shortage alarm protection, automatic water replenishment system, etc., which better improves the safety level of use. The shrinkage speed is fast and the effect is good, especially for glass bottles, metal shells, and containers with liquids.
The steam type heat shrink packaging machine has the following characteristics:
1. Equipped with a steam generator, suitable for places with external steam pipelines.
2. Leakage protection switch: When the electric heating tube in long-term contact with the water source leaks electricity, it can promptly cut off the main power supply to prevent the shell from being damaged.
3. Water shortage alarm and protection: When the water level in the water tank is below a certain height, the buzzer will sound an alarm, and the heating and conveying power will be cut off to prevent the heating tube from burning dry. It also provides protection when the water source is forgotten to be turned on or when the makeup solenoid valve malfunctions.
4. Automatic water replenishment: Using electronic liquid level float ball, the control point is accurate and safe, basically eliminating mechanical failures caused by high temperature of mechanical float ball.
5. Fast shrinkage speed and good effect, especially for glass bottles, metal shells, and containers with liquids.
6. The steam output, direction, and steam pipe direction do not require any tool adjustment, and the steam angle can be precisely adjusted according to the shape of the bottle body to achieve good shrinkage effect and reduce the possibility of deformation of the bottle body due to heat to a greater extent.
