The intelligent integrated steam turbine flowmeter is a new type of intelligent instrument developed using advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, which integrates turbine flow sensors and display integration. It adopts dual row LCD on-site display and has obvious advantages such as compact structure, intuitive and clear readings, high reliability, no external power interference, lightning resistance, and low cost. The instrument has three-point correction of instrument coefficient, intelligent compensation of instrument coefficient nonlinearity, and can be corrected on site. The high-definition LCD display simultaneously displays instantaneous flow rate (4 significant digits) and cumulative flow rate (8 significant digits, with reset function). Keep all valid data intact for 10 years after power failure. This type of turbine flowmeter is an explosion-proof product, with an explosion-proof rating of: ExdIIBT6。
This type of turbine flowmeter can be divided into LWGQ - □ B type and LWGQ - □ C type according to the power supply method and whether it has remote signal output.
LWGQ - □ B type: The power supply uses a 3.2V10AH lithium battery (which can operate continuously for more than 4 years); No signal output function.
LWGQ - □ C type: The power supply adopts 24VDC external power supply, outputs 4-20mA standard two-wire current signal, and can add RS485 or HART communication according to different on-site needs.

1. High precision, generally up to ± 1% R, ± 0.5% R, and high-precision models up to ± 0.2% R;
2. Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05%~0.2%. It is precisely because of its good repeatability that frequent calibration or online calibration can achieve extremely high accuracy, making it a preferred flowmeter in trade settlement;
3. Equipped with three-point correction of instrument coefficients, intelligent compensation for instrument coefficient nonlinearity, and on-site correction capability
4. Keep all valid data intact for 10 years after power failure;
5. Wide range, with a medium to large caliber of up to 1:20 and a small caliber of 1:10;
6. Compact and lightweight structure, easy installation and maintenance, and high circulation capacity;

Note: When selecting, users should reasonably choose the model and specifications of the flowmeter based on the nominal pressure of the pipeline, the maximum pressure of the medium, the temperature of the medium, the composition of the medium, the flow range, and the signal output requirements. To achieve optimal performance of the flowmeter, the flow rate range should be within the Qmax range of (20% to 80%), which is more appropriate.
