The INTROCON belt tester consists of two parts: a scanner and a data acquisition unit. The scanner is equipped with excitation coils and measurement coils, powered by the data acquisition unit. The scanner width is adjustable and suitable for checking the width of the conveyor belt. The scanner is placed above the conveyor belt near the end of the drum, and the distance between the scanner and the conveyor belt is adjustable, up to 20 millimeters.
The cables connecting the data acquisition unit to the scanner are8 meters, powered by batteries, and equipped with 2 monitors. The data is stored in the built-in data logger and can be downloaded using Wintrocon software after detection. Used for analyzing data and writing testing reports.
Before inspection, quickly install the scanner on the belt and complete the inspection at normal operating speed. The system can detect the integrity of the steel core of the joint and damage such as single wire rope breakage and pitting corrosion; It can detect the gap between broken wires inside the joint.
