Product Introduction
A series of studies based on strong field nonlinear terahertz pulses is a new direction in the terahertz field in recent years, which is conducive to the emergence of MV/cm level terahertz electric field intensity pulses. This intensity of terahertz pulses can be used to study the dynamic processes of nonlinear charge carriers in semiconductor materials, as well as to accelerate free electrons in various directions using terahertz electric fields. The strong field terahertz time-domain spectrometer system launched by Shanghai Yichi is based on a femtosecond regenerative amplifier system, which can generate terahertz pulse intensities up to 100MV/cm.
