Strong pressure grinding machineIt is a new generation of grinding machine developed by our company based on advanced grinding equipment at home and abroad, multiple experiments and user experience. This series of grinding machines is also known as high-pressure grinding, high-pressure grinding, high-pressure Raymond grinding, high-pressure Raymond grinding, and high-pressure Raymond machine. High pressure milling machineMainly suitable for processing various non flammable and explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, rare earths, marble, ceramics, basalt, gypsum, graphite, dolomite, silicon carbide, as well as some refractory materials and insulation materials. Widely applicable to industries such as metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, mining, highway construction, water conservancy and hydropower.
Strong pressure grinding machineIt mainly consists of a reducer, a main engine, a fineness analyzer, a blower, a finished cyclone powder collector, a bag filter, and connecting air ducts. According to user needs, crushers can be equipped. Auxiliary equipment such as elevators, storage bins, electromagnetic vibration feeders, and electrical control cabinets. In the host, the grinding roller assembly is suspended on the grinding roller hanger through a cross arm shaft. The grinding roller hanger is fixedly connected to the main shaft and the shovel holder. The pressure spring presses on the outer end surface of the cantilever of the grinding roller bearing chamber, using the cross arm shaft as a fulcrum to force the grinding roller tightly against the inner surface of the grinding ring. When the motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the transmission device, the shovel mounted on the shovel holder rotates synchronously with the grinding roller, and the grinding roller rotates around its own axis while rolling in the inner circle of the grinding ring. The electric motor drives the impeller to rotate through the transmission device, and the higher the impeller speed, the finer the sorted powder.

1Strong pressure grinding machineIt is an improved version of the Raymond mill, which uses high-pressure springs to increase the centrifugal force of the grinding rollers, i.e. the crushing pressure on the material, resulting in a 20% -30% higher output than other mills
2. The high-pressure Raymond mill adopts a new type of grinding roller assembly, which changes the traditional structural form and uses multiple sealing methods to eliminate the three major defects of oil leakage, dust ingress, and concentricity in the old assembly.
3. The high degree of sealing makes it difficult for dust to enter the assembly during the production process, thereby extending the service life of the bearings.
4. During the production process, the bearing clearance can be adjusted according to the degree of wear of the assembly bearings to ensure that the upper and lower bearings are concentric, thereby extending the service life of the bearings.
