Widely used in industries such as papermaking, carpets, textiles, environmental protection of jewelry (charcoal carving and plastic flowers), and building decoration (modified cement mortar, wood glue, modified asphalt, oil field drilling).

5: Transfer the substances in the reaction vessel into a degassing vessel for degassing. After degassing is complete, press the substances in the degassing vessel into a mixing batch container. After the temperature drops to 30-50 ° C, pack and discharge to obtain carboxyl styrene butadiene latex.

According to some industry specific requirements, its shear rate can exceed 15000rpm, and the rotor speed can reach 44m/s. Within this speed range, turbulence caused by shear forces combined with specially developed motors can reduce the particle size range to the nanometer level. The shear force is stronger, and the particle size distribution of lotion is narrower.
