3、 User acceptance

2. The factory test shall be conducted in accordance with our company's Equipment Technical Conditions. After the equipment is manufactured, the owner and we will conduct a 48 hour continuous test operation inspection on one device at the manufacturing site.

3. We will notify the owner in writing of the inspection and testing dates and items 30 days before the inspection and testing.

4、 After sales service

1. Our company provides guidance on the installation, commissioning, and trial operation of the equipment and electrical systems provided, until both parties agree on the technical requirements.

The purpose of training is to enable trainees to effectively manage and operate the entire pump station and its facilities. The training mainly includes equipment system composition, use and operation, inspection and troubleshooting, as well as system software development and adjustment. 3. We are responsible for providing a one-year warranty period for the supplied equipment upon arrival and acceptance, in accordance with the requirements of the operating manual. Free replacement of parts and free technical guidance during the warranty period.

4. After the equipment malfunctions, professional maintenance personnel shall be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving notification from the owner to repair or replace defective equipment or components free of charge, and ensure that the equipment is in normal working condition within 24 hours of receiving the notification. If no measures are taken to remedy the defects within 24 hours after receiving the notice, the owner may take necessary remedial measures, and the risks and costs shall be borne by us.

5. Our company can regularly dispatch after-sales service personnel to provide equipment guidance and maintenance, and promptly solve problems found.

6. Our company provides a written version of the equipment operation procedure and the necessary maintenance and precautions.

5、 Our company specifically promises that in order to ensure that the equipment does not affect its use in case of any problems, we can prepare backup products for you in the long term.
