The sulfuric acid rapid analyzer is specifically designed to determine the content of sulfate ions in chrome plating solutions, and can also be used to quickly determine the content of sulfate ions in other solutions. The measuring instrument adopts computer chip programming to achieve automation of centrifuge start-up, rotation, timing, stopping, alarm and other work. It is easier, faster, and has smaller errors to use. There is no need to create a working curve or prepare a standard solution. It only takes a few minutes to accurately determine the content of sulfate ions in the plating solution. Solved the shortcomings of cumbersome, time-consuming, and prone to significant errors in complexometric titration and gravimetric methods, it is a good helper for chrome plating. Instrument: 1. One computer chip 2. Electric centrifuge (power supply 220V 50HZ) 3. Two rapid determination tubes for sulfate ions, plugged, measuring range 0.2-5g/L. 4. Pipette (self provided): 20ml per tube; 2 bottles in 5 milliliters Reagent preparation: 1. A 3:1 hydrochloric acid solution; Mix 3 volumes of analytical pure hydrochloric acid with 1 volume of distilled water. 2.5% barium chloride solution: Dissolve 25 grams of analytical pure barium chloride in 75 milliliters of distilled water Analysis method: 1. Take the chrome plating solution and cool it to room temperature (if the solution is not clean, filter it). Use a pipette to take 20 milliliters of the above solution, and put it into a sulfuric acid rapid determination tube. Use a pipette to transfer 5 milliliters of 3:1 hydrochloric acid, shake well, add 5 milliliters of 25% barium chloride solution, cover with a lid, and shake well.
2. Place the measuring tube into the centrifuge in the following order: turn on the power switch - press the start button.
3. After the centrifuge stops rotating, turn off the power, take out the measuring tube, and measure the reading, which is the content of sulfuric acid. Notes: 1. The measuring instrument should be placed steadily (the four feet of the instrument are shock-absorbing foot pads, which can be adjusted if the operating surface is irregular). 2. The centrifuge tube has been calibrated and balanced, and should be used in pairs.
