overview
Sulfonamide drugs are a class of artificially synthesized antibacterial drugs that have good therapeutic effects on bacterial diseases and coccidiosis in the digestive tract of livestock and poultry. Long term use of sulfonamide drugs can cause damage to the urinary and digestive systems, thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions, and lead to bacterial resistance. The sulfonamide total enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit has the characteristics of convenience, speed, and sensitivity, and is suitable for screening large quantities of samples.
Detection steps

Please refer to the product manual for details
keep in storage
The reagent kit should be stored at 2-8 ℃ and should not be frozen. It has a shelf life of 1 year.
The unused enzyme labeled Flat noodles should be sealed and stored at 2~8 ℃; Do not expose Flat noodles to damp.
precautions
Before using the reagent kit, carefully read the instructions.
Do not use expired reagent kits, and do not mix reagents from different batch numbers of reagent kits.
Before using the reagent kit, the components inside the kit need to be placed on the experimental bench and restored to room temperature (25 ± 2 ℃) (note: about 2 hours).
Avoid using metallic substances to contain and stir reagents.
Please shake each reagent well before use, and avoid bubbles when mixing.
If substrate A and substrate B have turned blue before use or immediately after mixing, it indicates that the reagent has deteriorated.
The time for each step of adding sample solution, antibody working solution, AB mixture, and termination solution into the plate hole shall not exceed 3 minutes.
During testing, air flow above the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate should be minimized as much as possible.
The termination solution contains strong acid substances. If accidentally splashed on the skin or clothing, please rinse immediately with water.
The gun head used during the testing process must not be reused.
