It undergoes overall vacuum quenching treatment at 1180 ℃ and high-temperature tempering three times at 570 ℃, each time for 4H. The hardness is 55-60HRC, with excellent high-temperature toughness, high-temperature softening resistance, and super wear and corrosion resistance. The material of the material pipe is made of American Stellite cobalt based alloy powder casting, with a thickness of 0.5-1.5mm and a hardness of 65-67HRC. It is a halogen-free high fiber special type, suitable for use in high fiber, high wear, and high acidic corrosion conditions. |
