Structural features:
1. There are fourteen machine numbers for this fan, including No.3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20. Among them, the six machine numbers of 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 have a double-sided air intake form.
2. The adjustment range for the positions of air outlets No. 3-6 is 0 ° to 225 °, with an interval of 45 °, and the transmission method is A-type transmission; The positions of the air outlets numbered 7-12 are fixed in three ways: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °, and cannot be adjusted; The transmission mode of No. 7-12 is C-type transmission. The fan can be made into two types: right rotation and left rotation; The transmission mode of No. 14-20 and double-sided air intake is E-type transmission.
3. Fans numbered 3-6 are mainly composed of impellers, casings, air intakes, and other parts paired with direct connected motors; In addition to the above-mentioned parts, there are also transmission parts such as No. 7-12.
4. The impeller consists of ten backward inclined circular thin plate blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate, all made of steel plates and calibrated for static and dynamic balance. It has good air performance, high efficiency, low noise, and smooth operation.
5. The casing is made into two different types. The shell of No. 3-12 cannot be disassembled as a whole; The casing of No. 14-20 is made into a two-piece design, divided into two halves along the horizontal plane and connected by bolts. The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axial direction is curved, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss. The transmission part consists of a main shaft, a bearing box, rolling bearings, and pulleys.
