The TB500 online turbidity analyzer is used to measure the turbidity of filtered water, raw water, discharged wastewater, and other industrial applications. The TB500 online turbidity analyzer has two available models: TB502 and TB504. The TB504 online turbidity analyzer comes with an EPA approved ultrasonic cleaning system, which can maintain the cleanliness of the optical chamber in applications involving raw water and discharge water.
TB500 online turbidity analyzer light source
The two different versions of TB500 online turbidity analyzer meet the needs of different measurement standards. The white light version is recommended for reporting results according to US EPA standards. The white light source uses a new krypton white light technology, with an expected lifespan of 7 years. The IR light source version is recommended for reporting results according to ISO 7027 (European standard) and is suitable for monitoring wastewater and discharge water, as well as applications where water samples are colored.
TB500 online turbidity analyzer calibration
The calibration of TB500 online turbidity analyzer is completed using first level standards, and the colorimetric dish is sealed, similar to laboratory operations. This dry calibration method is fast, clean, and reusable. According to the on-screen menu guidance, the calibration operation of TB500 online turbidity analyzer is fast and simple. The reusable primary turbidity standard is stored in a sealed glass colorimetric dish. Simply place the colorimetric dish into the measuring tank of the TB500 online turbidity analyzer, verify the reading, and make it the same as the laboratory turbidity analyzer.
Advanced Design of TB500 Online Turbidity Analyzer
The optical design of TB500 online turbidity analyzer can obtain readings consistent with laboratory and portable turbidity meters. The optical cavity can eliminate air in the sample and generate a vortex cleaning action inside the cavity. The 30ml small capacity sample chamber of TB500 online turbidity analyzer can reduce calibration costs and provide fast response time. The compact integrated NEMA 4X housing of TB500 online turbidity analyzer is suitable for outdoor installation, with simple installation and minimal space for use. Intuitive user interface with security code settings to prevent unauthorized program tampering. The built-in diagnostic menu can assist in troubleshooting.
Output of TB500 online turbidity analyzer
The TB500 online turbidity analyzer has an isolated 4-20mA current output, which can be used for graphic and data recording, remote monitoring, PLC or SCADA systems. Two user configurable alarm relays can be connected to an automatic dialer or local alarm to notify users before dangerous high turbidity occurs. The TB500 online turbidity analyzer also has RS-485 digital output and can interface with Modbus systems to connect to multiple instruments or integrate the TB500 online turbidity analyzer into existing networks.
