1. Overall structure

*The whole machine adopts a modular and integrated design, with four independent modules including pulse electrode furnace, gas system, circuit system, and detection system integrated into a floor standing host, with a simple and elegant appearance.

*The control of the entire machine is achieved using a universal 64 bit computer, with a 32-bit embedded ARM microcomputer control and a 24 bit high-precision data acquisition system in the host, meeting the requirements for control accuracy and speed.

2-electrode furnace system

*The pulse electrode furnace has a high heating temperature and uses program-controlled power. It can provide various program-controlled heating methods such as constant power heating, slope heating, and segmented heating to improve analysis accuracy. Suitable for low materials such as aluminum alloy.

*Rapid analysis of melting point materials to high melting point materials such as tungsten alloys.

*The electrode is suitable for various types of crucibles, and can be selected according to the release situation of different samples, including a set of crucibles

3 Gas System

*Adopting an integrated floor standing design, the space is spacious, and the connection routes of the air system are greatly reduced, making the air system of the whole machine more concise and reliable.

*The pneumatic components, including solenoid valves, cylinders, pneumatic pipes, and pneumatic joints, are all imported components. The lifespan of the solenoid valves exceeds one million cycles. The unique three-axis guiding cylinder ensures smooth lifting and lowering of the electrode, ensuring good contact between the graphite crucible and the upper electrode, while also ensuring uniform force on the graphite crucible, which is conducive to long-term high-temperature heating. The automatic feeding furnace head with air curtain protection and automatic air blowing mechanism effectively ensure the accuracy of nitrogen element analysis.

*The furnace head has a split structure, with easy disassembly and replacement of the upper and lower electrodes. The lower electrode is made of high-temperature alloy material, which has a long service life and low operating costs. If using a whole furnace head and replacing electrodes, it requires professional technicians to operate, which is very troublesome.

*In terms of system design, Baoying adopts an open design, which has the advantages of pollutants being discharged from the furnace top without entering the system, easy operation, and low requirements for system sealing.

*Baoying's injection device is simple and can automatically inject samples. In case the sample gets stuck, it is easy to remove. (Some companies have complex sampling devices with two cylinders. If the sample gets stuck, the cylinders need to be opened, making it difficult to remove.).

*The use of electronic microflow sensors for high-precision flow control reduces the impact of airflow changes on analysis.

4 Circuit System

The circuit system adopts large-scale integration, and the circuit boards are powered by solid-state power modules. The power module has short-circuit protection function, is resistant to current shock, has strong anti-interference ability, and is dust-proof, simple and reliable;

Adopting a high-sensitivity thermal conductivity detection cell, the cell current is continuously adjustable, ensuring the sensitivity and linearity of the equipment at all stages of the range. Combined with high-precision amplifiers and 24 bit A/D sampling cards and other hardware, the accuracy of measuring nitrogen and hydrogen from ultra-low content to large range is guaranteed.

The detection system adopts a low drift, high-precision, large range, high-sensitivity thermal conductivity detector with low failure rate, strong reliability, and good stability.

6 Application software

On the Windows XP operating system, Chinese application software and PC interface adopt data exchange technology to construct a system working mode of communication between upper and lower computers, with multi window and multi task operations. In terms of database management, it realizes automatic storage of data, powerful functions, multiple filtering database retrieval engines, remote monitoring of databases through networks, dynamic synchronous display, storage, amplification of work curves, and multi-level comparison of multiple curves, among dozens of other functions.
