1、 Overview
The TC-60H low concentration smoke (gas) tester is a new generation intelligent smoke (gas) tester developed by our company's R&D personnel based on the national verification regulations JJG680-2007 "Verification Regulations for Smoke Samplers" and JJG968-2002 "Verification Regulations for Smoke analyzers", drawing on the advantages of similar instruments at home and abroad. The technical performance indicators of this machine comply with the relevant regulations for smoke and gas sampling instruments issued by the National Environmental Protection Administration, achieving simultaneous sampling and detection of smoke and gas, greatly reducing on-site working time. Suitable for the determination of smoke and dust emission concentration, converted concentration, and total emissions of various boilers and industrial furnaces, as well as the determination of emission concentration, converted concentration, and total emissions of harmful gases such as SO2, NO, NO2, CO, H2S from various boilers and industrial furnaces, and the determination of efficiency of various desulfurization equipment.
2、 Main features
1. AC/DC power supply
Built in large capacity lithium battery, with a sampling flow rate of 40L/min for smoke and dust, it can provide continuous power supply for more than 7 hours.
2. Built in Bluetooth module
The built-in Bluetooth module of the host can be used to connect with a Bluetooth printer for printing, supporting both Bluetooth and serial port printing methods.
Note: When using Bluetooth connection for printing, you need to select the "Settings" - "Bluetooth" option to activate the Bluetooth module and connect to the Bluetooth printer.
3. Automatic tracking of smoke flow rate and constant velocity collection of smoke and dust
The host integrates differential pressure, micro pressure sensors, microprocessors, and DC rotary vane pumps. Based on the principle of parallel sampling using pitot tubes, it automatically measures and tracks the velocity of flue gas and collects smoke particles at a constant speed.
4. Measure dry and wet bulb temperatures, calculate moisture content
The host integrates temperature sensors and pressure sensors. Capable of measuring and calculating all parameters including dynamic pressure, static pressure, total pressure, flue gas flow rate, dry and wet bulb temperatures, moisture content, flue gas emissions, etc.

11. Smoke and dust anti backflow function
During the process of smoke and dust sampling, if the negative pressure in the flue is high or the sampling hole is located at the top of the horizontal flue, the smoke and dust collected in the filter cartridge after sampling is completed is easily sucked out, causing serious data deviation. This instrument has a special function to prevent backflow.
12. Printing function
There are numerous monitoring data for smoke and dust, and different customers have different data requirements for different testing purposes. This machine has the function of selecting printing items, and customers can choose the data to be printed according to their needs.
13. User password protection
When performing parameter calibration, you must enter a password to ensure the security of instrument memory data.

4、 Working principle
1. Principle of Particle Isokinetic Sampling
Place the sampling tube into the flue through the sampling hole, place the sampling nozzle on the measuring point, facing the direction of the airflow, and extract a certain amount of dusty gas according to the requirements of constant velocity sampling. Based on the weight of smoke and dust captured by the filter membrane and the volume of gas extracted, calculate the emission concentration and total amount of particulate matter.
The microprocessor measurement and control system of the TC-60H low concentration smoke (gas) tester calculates the smoke flow rate and constant velocity tracking flow rate based on parameters such as static pressure, dynamic pressure, temperature, and moisture content detected by various sensors. The measurement and control system compares the flow rate with the flow rate detected by the flow sensor, calculates the corresponding control signal, and adjusts the pumping capacity of the pump to make the actual sampling flow rate equal to the calculated sampling standard flow rate; At the same time, the microprocessor automatically converts the actual sampling volume to the standard sampling volume using the detected temperature and pressure in front of the flowmeter.
2. Principle of Moisture Content Measurement
The microprocessor control sensor of TC-60H low concentration smoke (gas) tester measures and collects the surface temperature of wet and dry spheres, as well as the pressure and exhaust static pressure through the wet sphere surface. Combined with the input atmospheric pressure, it automatically calculates the saturated water vapor pressure - Pbv at that temperature based on the wet sphere surface temperature, and calculates the moisture content of the flue gas according to the formula.
3. Principle of Oxygen Content Measurement
Place the sampling tube into the flue, extract the flue gas containing O2, and pass it through an O2 electrochemical sensor to detect the instantaneous concentration of O2. At the same time, convert the excess air coefficient α based on the detected O2 concentration.
Measurement principles of instantaneous concentrations and emissions of SO2, NO, NO2, CO
Place the sampling tube into the flue, extract the flue gas containing SO2, NO, NO2, CO, perform dust removal and dehydration treatment, and then pass through the SO2 and NO electrochemical sensors to undergo the following reactions:
SO2+2H2O —> SO42- + 4H++2e-
NO +2H2O —> NO3- + 4H++3e-
NO2+ H2O —> NO3- + 2H++2e-
CO +2H2O —> CO32- + 4H++2e-
The magnitude of the current output by the sensor is proportional to the concentrations of SO2, NO, NO2, and CO under certain conditions, so measuring the current output by the sensor can calculate the instantaneous concentrations of SO2, NO, NO2, and CO; At the same time, the instrument calculates the emissions of SO2, NO, NO2, and CO based on the detected smoke emissions and other parameters.
