2. Equipment composition

The TC chip outer diameter detection device consists of a direct shock feeding mechanism, a top feeding mechanism, a progressive feeding mechanism, an outer diameter detection mechanism, a sorting mechanism, a direct shock discharging mechanism, a counting system, and a weighing system.

3. Function of TC chip diameter detection device

During the operation of the equipment, the core blocks are first automatically arranged and fed into the direct vibration feeding system. After the detection probe detects the core blocks, they are ejected by the ejection mechanism and sent to the diameter detection scanning channel. Then, the product is sent to the diameter scanning area by the progressive mechanism to scan the diameter data. After scanning and recording the data, it is sent to the discharge channel. There is a sorting mechanism installed in the automatic discharge channel, which can automatically remove core blocks with outer diameters ≥ 8.10mm and ≤ 7.89mm, count them separately, and send them to different discharge containers. There is a weighing device under the discharge container, which can weigh the core blocks in the container.
