1、 Product Introduction

The TCG-FS wind speed sensor adopts a traditional three wind cup structure, and the wind cup is made of carbon fiber material, which has high strength and good start-up; The precision signal processing unit can output various signals according to user needs.

The sensing element of the wind speed sensor is a three cup wind component, consisting of three carbon fiber wind cups and cup holders. The converter consists of a multi tooth rotor and a slit optocoupler. When the wind cup rotates under the horizontal wind force, the frequency signal is output through the rotation of the active shaft rotor cup in the slit optocoupler.

The transducer of the sensor adopts a precision conductive plastic potentiometer, which generates a variable resistance signal output at the active end of the potentiometer. This product has the advantages of large range, good linearity, strong lightning resistance, convenient observation, stability and reliability.

5、 Installation suggestions

1. It should be installed vertically on the cross arm of the bracket at a distance of more than 1 meter. Keep parallel to the ground;

2. Use M3 screws and nuts to fix the sensor onto the bracket through the four mounting holes on the sensor;

3. Connect the aviation plug connector to the sensor's aviation socket through the reserved M23 route hole;

4. Please avoid disassembling the sensor during installation.
