Function/Features:

Adopting a high-throughput optical system and an integrated optical path design, the optical path is short, the energy is high, the instrument is small in size, lightweight, and first separates and then absorbs, which meets the requirements of infrared spectroscopy. It has good stability and high signal-to-noise ratio.

Adopting electrically modulated light source to reduce the heat generation intensity of the light source and facilitate system heat dissipation, the lifespan of the light source can reach over 5000 hours. At the same time, due to the absence of mechanical cutting motion components, the instrument structure is simplified and the stability of the instrument is improved.

Using a precision stepper motor to control the grating, it has wavelength correction function, high wavelength accuracy, and good repeatability.

Unique colorimetric cell structure design, suitable for any colorimetric dish ranging from 0.5 to 5 centimeters.

● It has the function of continuous scanning of spectra, with infrared spectra scanned throughout the entire process, which can clearly distinguish the structure of various oil products, accurately distinguish interferences, and verify whether the purity of the extractant meets the measurement requirements.

The instrument can manually locate the wavelength position to achieve accurate measurement of absorbance at 2930cm-1, 2960cm-1, and 3030cm-1 wavenumbers.
