Product Overview:
TIME2501 (TT230) coating thickness gauge is an ultra small measuring instrument that can quickly, non destructively, and accurately measure the thickness of non-conductive coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates. It can be widely used in manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry, commercial inspection and other testing fields. Due to its small size and integrated probe, this instrument is particularly suitable for on-site engineering measurements.
The alternative product of TT230 has more accurate measurement, faster speed, and more convenient operation.

Functional features:
♦ This instrument adopts eddy current thickness measurement method, which can measure the thickness of non-conductive coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates (such as enamel, rubber, paint coatings on copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and other substrates) without damage. It can perform zero point calibration and two-point calibration, and can also correct the systematic error of the measuring head using basic calibration method;
♦ Zero point calibration and two-point calibration can be performed, and basic calibration methods can be used to correct the systematic errors of the measuring head;;
♦ There are two measurement methods: continuous measurement and single measurement;
♦ There are two working modes: direct mode and batch mode;
♦ Store 500 measurement values;
♦ Has deletion function: delete current value, calibration value, limit value, and all values;
♦ There are five statistical measures: Mean, Maximum, Minimum, Number of Tests, and Standard Deviation;
