As an important tool for monitoring and diagnosing faults in rotating machinery, vibration analyzers have been widely promoted and applied in industrial and mining fields, especially in identifying the cause of faults through vibration spectrum analysis, which has been accepted by most on-site technicians. The vibration analyzer first collects vibration signals through a data collector. Generally, the raw data obtained is in the form of time-domain waveforms, which are intuitive, easy to understand, and have obvious characteristics for certain fault signal waveforms. Therefore, time waveforms can be used for analysis first, such as imbalance, misalignment, and impact, which are most obvious in the time-domain waveform.

The photoelectric speed sensor can obtain accurate equipment speed values;

● It has powerful data management and browsing functions: there are a total of 50 storage points, and the storage capacity under each point number is unlimited (data is stored in file form). Can browse vibration parameter values, vibration waveforms, vibration spectra, continuous data acquisition, and speed values;
