Having a good grounding wire with a resistance to ground not exceeding 3 Ω
2.2 Air source requirements
Oxygen: Partial pressure 0.2 MPa (partial pressure), purity 99.99%, flow rate 400-650mL/min
Argon gas: partial pressure 0.2 MPa (partial pressure), purity 99.995%, flow rate 50-200 mL/min
Note: The water content of the gas used must be less than 5ppm!
2.3 Temperature control requirements and accuracy
Temperature control range: Room temperature~1050 ℃
Temperature control accuracy: ± 3 ℃
IIIIntelligent integrated analyzerEnvironmental requirements
3.1 Environmental temperature and lighting requirements
Maintain room temperature between 10 ℃ and 30 ℃, and keep it relatively stable. The instrument should avoid direct sunlight.
Attention: To ensure the normal and stable operation of the analysis system, it is recommended to use an air-conditioned room.
3.2 Requirements for dust and corrosive gases
The instrument should be kept away from places with dust and corrosive gases. Because corrosive gases can cause a decrease in electrical performance and affect the normal operation of refrigerators. Dust can affect the operation of the fan, causing an increase in temperature outside the cracking furnace and affecting the stability of the instrument; At the same time, dust can also adhere to the surface of the reaction chamber, leading to a decrease in luminescence intensity and affecting the sensitivity of the instrument.
3.3 Indoor space requirements
The indoor workbench must be kept stable and able to arrange the entire set of instruments in order to withstand their weight.
3.4 Ventilation and flammability requirements
Indoor air circulation must be maintained, and the presence of any flammable gases is strictly prohibited.
Attention: The temperature inside the high-temperature cracking furnace can reach 1050 ℃, and the presence of any flammable gas may cause an explosion!
