2、 Detection principle

TP-105AType total phosphorus analyzer, using a closed digestion tube and potassium persulfate as the oxidant, in125℃Under certain conditions, all phosphorus containing compounds in the sample are converted into phosphate ions. Then, under acidic conditions, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate and potassium antimony oxide tartrate to form phosphomolybdic acid, which is reduced by the reducing agent ascorbic acid to form a blue complex. The total phosphorus content is directly displayed after calculation by a microcomputer chip using colorimetric method（mg/L）.
