The Almanac still is a traditional distillation equipment originating from ancient France. Wine can be continuously distilled in the Almanac still. A continuous distillation using this device at a lower temperature can yield Almanac liquor with an alcohol concentration of 52-60%. The wine distilled using this device contains rich aromatic substances.
