TQC humidity chamber

The C&W humidity chamber is used to reproduce high humidity test conditions at constant or cyclic temperatures.

The environment inside the test chamber is formed by heating water to a precise temperature to produce water vapor. Water vapor permeates the air in the testing area and then continuously circulates through the internal fan to achieve uniform distribution. The detection board or component is exposed to air rich in moisture, which is absorbed by the coating and undergoes oxidation reaction with the base metal, causing the coating to bubble or rust or oxidize in non-ferrous metal merchants. The purpose of this test is to reproduce the conditions under which dew is generated by exposure to naturally occurring condensation or by circulating temperature inside the box.
