TS-3000The UV fluorescence sulfur analyzer is a new generation of analytical instrument developed by combining the principle of UV fluorescence method with computer control technology to determine the sulfur content in liquid, solid, and gas materials. It is currently the most advanced ultraviolet fluorescence sulfur analyzer in China.

The reaction gas is dried and dehydrated before entering the fluorescence chamber. In the fluorescent chamber, some sulfur dioxide is converted into excited state sulfur dioxide after being exposed to ultraviolet light(SO2*),equalSO2When transitioning to the ground state, photons are emitted, and the photoelectron signal is received and amplified by a photomultiplier tube. After amplification by an amplifier and computer data processing, it can be converted into an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of light. The fluorescence intensity generated in a reaction under certain conditionsSO2The amount of sulfur dioxide generated is directly proportional to the total sulfur content in the sample, so the total sulfur content in the sample can be determined by measuring the fluorescence intensity. Before analyzing the sample, first calibrate the curve with a standard sample, and then analyze the sample under the same conditions. The program automatically calculates the sulfur content of the sample based on the calibration curve of the standard sample. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, coal, food, environmental protection and other fields.
