Product Overview:

The TT120 ultrasonic thickness gauge measures thickness based on the principle of ultrasonic pulse reflection. When the ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe reaches the material interface through the measured object, the pulse is reflected back to the probe, and the thickness of the measured material is determined by accurately measuring the time of ultrasonic propagation in the material. The Era Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge series is an advanced non-destructive testing instrument that integrates contemporary electronic technology and measurement technology. It uses a microcomputer to analyze, process, and display data, and adopts highly optimized measurement circuits. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, wide range, easy operation, and stable and reliable work. Widely used in various fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace, etc. The TT120 ultrasonic thickness gauge has a fixed sound velocity of 5900m/s (steel sound velocity) and can accurately measure various steel plates and machined parts. On the basis of TT110, high temperature function has been added, which can measure high temperature steel up to 300 degrees Celsius.
